Guarenteed Vacation Recovery Formula

I returned yesterday from a week-long vacation in Dijon, Lyon and Montpellier. As always after my vacations, I am under the weather and exhausted,
and I have a vacation hangover,
because I am a 24-year-old grandma. In fact we all were in Montpellier.
From left to right (Christine, me, Michaela).
But, that might be giving grandmother's a bad rep,
because I know grandmas who have more energy than me. Take mine for example:
Nevertheless, I am in Sarrebourg and sick, needing to recover from the vacation hangover.
I have pretty much honed a guaranteed vacation recovery formula, and here it goes.
Follow these steps.
 1) Be glued to your bed. Stay horizontal as much as possible.

2) Hot tea + honey + lemon = delicious soother

3) Vitamins!!!!! Don't forget the fish oil.
 4) Sweet treats, especially aka "vacation vitamins" (what my dad calls M and Ms)
(M&Ms, with peanuts, preferably). But really anything from the candy aisle will do.

5) LONG Baths. I'm talkin' about the steaming-up-the-mirrors kind of baths.
6) Catch up on all of your favorite feel-good series on the internet:

Et Volia. You should be good to go. Money-back-guarantee.

  1. jealous of your trip! I'm on the opposite side of the spectrum, you see... I have vacation withdrawals.

PS: I keep forgetting to mention that I love your blog title - we both have Joni Mitchell inspired blog titles and that can never be a bad thing! ;)
